School/Childcare Photos

To book your child in for their School/Childcare Photos with Photo Finish Photography, please follow the 4 steps below:

1.  Choose your package above and add it to your cart (package prices are for each individual child only) - don't forget out Covid Combo specials - just click on one of the packs above to see the bundle options!; 2.  Input your centre name and your child's name as well as view and sign the agreement; 3.  Add some basic information about yourself (please ensure your email address is correct as all future notifications and your child's proofing gallery will be sent there.  Also, please add us to your email address book so we don't get caught in spam! This is especially for those with yahoo and hotmail accounts); and 4.  Prepay for your package to lock in your school/childcare photos.  We will then email you with your child's confirmed photo day usually on the Friday before your school photos week.

This booking needs to be done by the Due Date as set out in our email forwarded to you by your centre. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to reach out to us before finalising your booking.

Indicative timeframes and additional orders:

Photos selection: We will notify you when your photos are available for review and how to access them (usually 4-6 weeks after the school photos event) at the email address you provided on the next page.  You must proof and select the photos you wish to print for your ordered packaged within 10 days after the date the photos are available for review (Final Selection Date). You can order additional prints, digital files, framed prints, canvases, and lots more photo products from your online proofing gallery.  Where the Event is a school, childcare, or graduation photos event, we may charge additional costs or require alternative photo collection arrangements if the photos miss the print run because you did not select the photos. 

Photos collection: We will notify you when your photos are available for collection from your childcare centre (usually 2-3 weeks after the Final Selection Date). You are responsible for collecting the photos at the notified photo collection location as soon as possible, but in any case, no more than 10 days after the date the photos are available for collection (Final Collection Date). If you do not collect the photos by the Final Collection Date, we cannot guarantee the photos will continue to be available for collection after Final Collection Date.  

Additional orders: Due to our limited storage space for photos, we will only retain photos for up to 3 months after the Event. If you would like to order additional photos, you will need to place any additional orders within 3 months after the Event. 

Please Note: Print orders not submitted by the gallery expiration date will need to be collected from us or can be mailed to you by Australia Post for $25.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not happy with ordering prints from photos in our online gallery, we are happy to refund the maximum amount that you prepaid to us within 30 days of online gallery release however once you have selected the photos you’d wish us to print, no refund is available.
